Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or there are supply chain delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping costs 7–15 business days
Express Shipping costs 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or carrier issues.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damages & Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Order Tracking Issues
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first. We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
