Refund policy
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to ship your package. We cannot accept returns without a return request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return the item and purchase a new one if your return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may need some time to process and post the refund.
